Using the atlas
How do I open an image series?
Choose CT, MRI, X-ray or Ultrasound, then select a region. In CT and MRI, use the slice controls or swipe vertically through the image. Select a named structure from the list to locate its annotation.
Why is a structure missing from the current slice?
A structure may lie outside the current slice. Use “Go to structure” to move to a reference slice. Check that annotations are enabled and the opacity is above zero.
Does Radio Vista work offline?
The iPhone and iPad app bundles its image series and quizzes. The website requires an internet connection to load its images and videos. Opening external references or this support website requires an internet connection.
How can I report an annotation issue?
Email the region, structure name, viewing plane and slice number. Source information and annotation limitations are available in each viewer. Some labels are reference points rather than complete tissue boundaries.
Can I use the app for medical decisions?
Radio Vista is for anatomy education, not diagnosis or treatment. The included images are not all confirmed normal studies. Independent radiological review of the annotations is pending.
