No retouching or generated anatomy. The extracted image sequence and draft annotation overlays are available under CC BY-SA 4.0. No endorsement is implied. Educational module. Source resolution 361 x 369. Projection angles and patient consent documentation have not been independently verified. No diagnosis or normal-study claim is made. Overlay paths are approximate, manually drawn and pending specialist review; displayed only at reference frame 26 (index 25). Included with the offline coronary module. 3D anatomical model BodyParts3D, Copyright 2008 Database Center for Life Science (DBCLS). Source filenames and SHA-256 hashes are recorded in heart-model.json and the repository's data/coronary/bodyparts3d/sources.json. Coordinates transformed uniformly, triangulated, rounded to 0.0005 mm, grouped and recolored for display. The adapted anatomical geometry remains CC BY-SA 2.1 Japan. No branch paths were generated. This is generic anatomy, not a reconstruction of the cine. Source vessel labels and anatomical correspondence require specialist review before a clinical teaching release. Cine angles are not known; the 3D view is independent of the cine projection. A separate simulated model projection uses the same coronary meshes and camera orientation as the 3D view. This is a surface rendering, not a radiograph or an attenuation simulation. Right coronary arteries are shown for context and are not annotated on this left coronary cine. Update 23 Oct 2026: The simulated flat projection was removed from the viewer. Source meshes remain unchanged. Primary source trunks are highlighted separately from their branches. The RCA is selectable only on the generic model. The draft LCx cine outline is withheld pending reliable branch identification. 2026-10-23 linked simulation revision: The grey simulated angiography view is a geometric projection of the same BodyParts3D source meshes. It is not measured X-ray attenuation or a patient angiogram. Both coronary systems may be visible together. View direction is linked to the anatomical model. No stenoses, stents or patient findings were added. Coronary mesh identities remain unchanged. Nine secondary branch groups follow the source FMA labels; no unverified clinical branch numbering is assigned. No AngioView source code, remodelling, ImageCAS-X or CARDIAG data are included. 2026-10-24 manual annotation review draft: Two provisional image-space labels added on frame 26 (zero-based index 25): a short possible proximal LCx course and a possible diagonal side branch. These are unverified visual hypotheses, not labels from the source author. They are explicitly labelled Possible / draft in the recorded-image controls and caption. No clinical D1/D2 numbering, marginal branches, diagnoses or frame-to-frame tracking are asserted. The earlier long withheld LCx path is replaced by the short candidate; its distal continuation remains unassigned. All four recorded-image outlines, including LM and LAD, require specialist review. Original frames are unchanged. CC BY-SA 4.0 applies to the overlays. 2026-10-24 — All recorded-image annotations removed at user request. Supersedes the earlier LM/LAD and possible LCx/diagonal annotation notes. The original cine now has no vessel overlays, hotspots or vessel-selection controls. Playback, pause, timeline and zoom remain. Model anatomy stays separate; highlighting and detailed selection require click/tap. Hover only provides the model's identification tooltip. No clinically verified vessel annotation is claimed for the real recording. Apple submission unchanged.
